d\u00e9cennies, mon m\u00e9tier d&#8217;<strong>assistante familiale<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien plus qu&#8217;une profession : ce fut mon quotidien, mon d\u00e9fi et ma plus grande \u00e9cole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette exp\u00e9rience riche et passionnante m&#8217;a permis de d\u00e9velopper une expertise pointue dans :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La compr\u00e9hension des besoins fondamentaux<\/strong> de l&#8217;enfant \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de sa croissance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L&#8217;analyse des comportements<\/strong> complexes et des m\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9fense.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La prise en consid\u00e9ration des individualit\u00e9s<\/strong> et des histoires personnelles qui fa\u00e7onnent chaque petit \u00eatre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;J\u2019y ai appris que chaque enfant est une \u00e9nigme et chaque parent, un explorateur en Et comme vous, je me suis parfois sentie d\u00e9munie face aux comportements de mes enfants.
